Uptown Dallas may be getting a Central Market!

It would replace a vacant Albertson’s supermarket at McKinney and Lemmon Avenues, which closed in 2016. The proposed project, will include an office tower with residential units and the Central Market on the lower floors.

The Central Market store would be the largest yet. Plans include a 2-acre public plaza on the roof of the Central Market that will have access to the office tower as well as shops and restaurants facing the elevated public space.

Central Market grocery is planned for the ground floor of a high-rise office and retail complex on McKinney Avenue.
